Shipping & Delivery Policy

At TITAN Grip, we ship worldwide with tracking included on most orders.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, dispatch may take up to 6 business days, but this is rare. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

These estimates do not include customs delays or public holidays.


Tracking Information

You’ll receive your tracking number via email within a few days of dispatch. If tracking does not update immediately, please allow 2–5 days for the carrier to register movement.


Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you’ve entered the wrong details, email TITANGrip@gmail.com immediately. Once an order has been processed, address changes may not be possible.

Orders shipped to an incorrect or inaccessible address provided by the customer are not eligible for a refund.


Customs & Import Fees

Some countries may apply customs charges or taxes upon delivery. These are the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot control or predict these fees.


“Delivered” But Not Received?

If tracking states Delivered but you haven’t received your package:

  1. Check your mailbox, porch, neighbours or local pick-up point

  2. Contact your local postal service — they may be holding it

  3. Email us if you need further assistance


Delayed or Lost Orders

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, please contact us at TITANGrip@gmail.com and we’ll investigate immediately.
