Where do you ship from?
Orders are dispatched from our fulfilment centers in China and the United States, depending on stock availability and destination.
How long does shipping take?

Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Why isn't my tracking number working yet?
Tracking may take 2–5 days to update after dispatch. If it still isn’t showing movement after 5 business days, email us at TITANGrip@gmail.com and we’ll check it manually.
My tracking says “Delivered” but I haven’t received my package?
Sometimes local couriers mark an item as delivered slightly early. Please allow 1–2 more days and check with neighbours or your local post office. If it still doesn’t arrive, contact us and we’ll help.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we can usually update addresses or product variants. Email TITANGrip@gmail.com as soon as possible — once dispatch begins, changes aren’t always possible.
What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
Just send us a quick photo or video to TITANGrip@gmail.com, and we’ll send a replacement free of charge.
