At TITAN Grip, we stand behind the quality of our products. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.


Damaged or Faulty Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, email us at TITANGrip@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video of the issue

Once verified, we’ll send a replacement free of charge — no need to return the original.


Change of Mind / Dissatisfaction

We currently do not offer refunds for change of mind, as many orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners shortly after purchase. However, if you are genuinely unhappy with your experience, please reach out — we always aim to help where possible.


Wrong Address Entered

If you provided an incorrect or incomplete address and the order has already been processed, we cannot cancel or refund the order. Please double-check your details before checkout.


Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 45 business days, contact us and we’ll investigate. Lost packages will be replaced whenever possible, or refunded if confirmed undeliverable.


Customs & Import Fees

Customs delays or import taxes are outside our control. Refusal to pay customs fees or failure to collect an item from customs does not qualify for a refund.
